RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Merchandise returned damage, may not qualify for a refund.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • COD packages will be denied.
  • All accessories including: swaddles, blankets, footwear, hair accessories, underwear, jewelry, stickers, bow ties, socks, backpacks, keychains, purses, and anything else considered an "accessory" are final sale and may not be returned under any circumstance.
  • Sale items are final and may not be returned.
  • Free prepaid returns within 15 days (USA customers only)
  • To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at Mini Dreamers within 15 days of the date you received your order. Please allow 7 days transit time for your return.
  • Please Note: Packages received at Mini Dreamers after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.
  • Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days
  • Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Mini Dreamers.

How to Process a Return: 

  • Email us at hello@minidreamers.com and include your order number and the items you wish to return. Please see above for item restrictions. 
  • We will reply back with a return label. Please print out.
  • Place items in a box, tape the return label clearly on the outside of the box, and make sure the package is securely closed and taped. 
  • Once return is received and inspected, a refund will be made to your account. 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days
